I started out long ago, setting up my workshop as a freelance artist, with a grant from this organisation that helps young people. So it’s always lovely and a pleasure to do this session on the fantastic week long online course that Green Squirrel run with them. It’s about independence, creativity, sustainability and confidence. Making and mending are radical acts, life skills for all generations. We made colours and did some no peeking stitching.
